Together, we'll turn your goal setting, self-talk, imagery, visualization, breathing, and more into top traits working toward your peak performance. These skills are taught with positive regard, an approach believed to produce the best outcomes for athletes.
Growth Mindset
We all carry two mindsets in life - fixed and growth. According to the research of Carol Dweck, our fixed mindset focuses on looking good compared to others, avoiding challenges and our innate talent. Our growth mindset, on the other hand, focuses on personal improvement, taking on challenges and our ability to get better. Athletes open to living and practicing in their growth mindset will be more successful, and happier, in the long term, and becoming aware of your mindsets - and learning to live in the growth mindset - is a key part of performance enhancement.
Team or individual sessions
Mental skills can be taught in a team setting or in individual sessions. Pick the right package for your needs, whether that's one on one sessions, a series of workshops to boost team skills, some combination of both or a one-off discussion about how to improve your group's situation. Rates differ based on the service provided, but I will always provide the best service I possibly can.
