However, when focused, confident and calm, excellence can be achieved. I'm Connor Hartley, a sport psychology consultant and licensed mental health counselor. Using models like growth mindset, ACT, CBT, mindfulness and self-awareness building, I train athletes and other performers to drive themselves in a focused, confident and calm manner.
